Contest Terms & Conditions

The administrator of the 12 Days of Giveaways Contest (the “Contest”) is MTY Franchising Inc. (the “Administrator”) whose registered office is located at 2 East Beaver Creek Rd, Building One, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, L4B 2N3

The Contest is open to all Canadian residents, excluding Quebec, aged 18 years or over. The Administrator, including without limitation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, employees and their close relatives are excluded from the Contest;

Contest begins on December 9th, 2024 at 12:00am EST and closes on December 20, 2024 at 11:59pm EST.

Customers can enter the Contest by visiting https://rewards.mrsub.ca/12-days-of-giveaways/. They must be a MR.SUB Rewards member to enter. If they are not a MR.SUB Rewards member, they will be invited to sign up via: https://rewards.mrsub.ca. MR.SUB Rewards members will be able to enter one digital scratch card (“Entry”) with a chance to win a prize.

No purchase is necessary.

Limit of one Entry per person per 24 hours. Multiple Entries from the same person within the same time period will be disqualified.

Winners are chosen at random by software and verified by Administrator.

Winners are not permitted to collect more than one prize. Entries after winning one prize will be disregarded.

The Administrator will contact the winning contestants by January 3rd, 2025 to update them on when their prize will be delivered.

To claim a prize, the winning contestant must correctly answer the following skill question: (5 + 20) x 2 – 15 = _____.

Odds of winning are 1 in 50,000.

Prizes shall have no equivalent cash value, are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. The Administrator reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. The Administrator is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details.

The Administrator reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these rules without any liability to any contestant.

The Administrator’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the Contest will be final and binding.

Contestants’ personal information will be used in conjunction with the Administrator’s privacy policy found on the Administrator’s website or available upon request.
